Streetscape

Dear People,

I think most people who become enamored of photography do so because we already see the colors, the details and the drama in everyday things and try to capture them. Or we walk around minding our own business and something rings a bell in the brain that says 'photo opportunity'.

Then sometimes we go around looking for Weekend Reflections and see the beauty of a quiet office building a few blocks from home for the first time. It also just happens to be opposite the best handmade pasta shop in town.

Have a happy weekend,
Val.

  4. The blueness of the sky looks so unreal but maybe that's because all I am seeing at the moment are dull grey skies.

  5. Reflections make glorious photos, especially when the buildings and the glass are shaped. We have quite a number of interesting glass buildings here in Rotterdam, and the reflections are like abstract art!

  6. Thanks guys. I assure you all that the blues are real, all I did was a little cropping. The light is so intense here at the moment that most people won't step out the door without wearing sunglasses.
Val P I want to see some of those crazy Rotterdam buildings! Weekend Reflections is a good forum to share them on ;)
