Sydney Reflections

My city is back to normal. It's midwinter, our quiet time as far as tourism goes. In spring the Asian wedding parties will be on our foreshores again, and people from what seems like the whole world will flock our beaches but for now it's feels like it's just my gleaming city.

Reflections in a perspex barrier along the Cahill Walkway, Circular Quay, top photo and the walkway itself bottom photo.

Have a good weekend,
Val.

  4. Thanks you everyone for the comments. Yes, Sydney is not too shabby any time and I am sure that a lot of keen travellers like myself actually prefer to go to major cities in the not-so-busy times of autumn and winter.

    1. Ok, it's a very temperate winter but hey it does hit 0 degrees at night sometimes ;) When it snows inland we drive hundreds of miles to gawk at the novelty of it. We're spoilt, I know..

  7. J'adore the reflections of my very favourite bridge in first shot Val, excellent! I think Perth has an even milder winter than Sydney but generally we are pretty lucky in Oz.. 😃
